A good fish meal after a nice day at the Frisian Island Spiekeroog. Joe got his "Labskaus" a specialty from Northern Germany. The main ingredients are corned beef, potatoes, onion and beets and as side dishes herring fish, eggs (sunny side up) and a pickle.
